I've created this blog to share my experiences as a member of the Board, former Secretary, and current President of the Oakbrook Townhouses, Inc., a planned development consisting of 65 dwelling units in Lakewood, WA

This is the first in a series of blog messages. I expect this will be a learning experience for me as well as my readers, who are invited to share their views to this (currently) unmoderated blog. Remember, your comments will appear as you submit them, for all to read.
